In most cases, to obtain a duplicate of the lost document, you just need to visit the branch of NJSC SC "Government for Citizens" (PSC), fill out an application and, if necessary, pay the state duty.
The key document that is required in order to obtain the others is an identity card. If, among other documents, you have lost your ID, then it must be re-issued first.

As of 16 November 2023, amendments to the Military Registration Rules came into force, according to which the issuance of assignment certificates has been abolished and the issuance of military tickets in peacetime is carried out only to citizens who have completed the prescribed period of military service or service in law enforcement or special State bodies.
Intentional damage or destruction of a military ID or certificate of registration, as well as their loss due to the fault of the owner, entail a warning or fine in the amount of 5 MCI.
In case of loss (spoilage) of the assignment certificate or military ticket, you can apply for a duplicate through the ‘e-government’ web portal www.gov.kz, providing an electronic copy of the resolution on imposing an administrative penalty for deliberate spoilage or loss of a military registration document, or a certificate from an authorised state body confirming the fact of loss or spoilage due to circumstances beyond the control of the service recipient.
A duplicate military ID in the cities of republican and regional significance, the capital is issued within 7 working days; in the districts 5 working days.
Copies of documents on basic secondary and general secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary education and appendices to them are issued in place of lost or damaged documents, as well as to persons who have changed their last name (first name, patronymic).
To restore a certificate of basic secondary, general secondary education, or a diploma of technical and vocational education, you must send an application through the Public Service Center or the office of the educational organization or the web portal of the "electronic government" www.egov.kz addressed to the head of the educational organization.
If the decision is positive, the employees of the organization send a duplicate of the document to the State Corporation via courier and postal service.
In case of loss of the technical passport for real estate it is necessary to submit an application to the CSC at the location of the real estate object or to submit an application via online service, with a duplicate of the document will need to be picked up at the CSC at the location of the property.

Further, if your number plate was not found, you need to apply for a new number plate to the specialized departments of NJSC "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" with an application in any form for the loss of the state number.
In this case, there are two options, either to apply for a duplicate of GRNZ (manufacturing time of the duplicate is 5 working days for Astana and Almaty, for Shymkent and regions 15 working days), or to replace the technical passport (SPTS) and state numbers (GRNZ), with a finished result within 90 minutes, in accordance with the standard of public service, approved by the Minister of Internal Affairs of the RK № 341 of April 14, 2015.
When submitting an application for a duplicate of GRNZ, it is possible to submit a duplicate of one GRNZ, then the payment will be for one GRNZ, in the amount of 1.4 MCI, for two GRNZ 2.8 MCI.
In case of application for replacement of hydraulic fracturing, replacement of technical certificate and the sum of the state duty is 2.8 MCI for hydraulic fracturing, 1.25 MCI for SGRHS, 0.25 MCI state duty.

Since 2024, adult citizens can apply for a passport with 36 or 48 pages if desired. For children from birth to the age of 16 with a 24-page passport, while for children under the age of 14, the passport is valid for 5 years, and for children from 14 to 16, the validity period is 10 years.

If the passport was lost outside Kazakhstan, citizens need to apply to consular offices of the RoK where they can obtain a certificate of return to the RoK, which can also be used to travel across the country to the place of residence.
After arrival, a citizen needs to apply to an authorized agency without delay to restore passport.
In cases of loss or damage of the original (certified copy) of the title document for real estate, on the basis of which registration in the legal cadastre was made, the restoration of the title document is carried out by issuing a duplicate from a copy of the said document, which is stored in the registration file (registration authority).
If the registration file contains only a paper copy of the electronic document, a duplicate of the title document is issued by a notary.
