Committee on the legal statistics and special accounts of the state office of public prosecutor of Republic of Kazakhstan

The Committee is an Agency that performs the functions and powers of a state body within the competence of the General Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the formation of legal statistics and maintaining special records. The combination of the functions of forming legal statistics, maintaining special records and monitoring and supervision in this area is a state measure to systematically provide the state with the most reliable information on the state of the criminal situation and quantitative and qualitative indicators of criminal procedure activities of criminal prosecution and court bodies, the work of state bodies to protect and support entrepreneurship, as well as their fight against administrative offenses, bringing legal statistics and special accounting to a whole new level.
