On January 12 this year, under the chairmanship of the head of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the Prosecutor General's Office, Sabit Nurlybai, the results of the work for 2022 were summed up at an expanded meeting of the board with the participation of the heads of territorial bodies and personnel.

In the past year, the bodies of legal statistics conducted 28 thousand supervisory measures, revealed over 49 thousand different violations, introduced 3 thousand acts of prosecutorial supervision, for which 7.6 thousand officials were brought to justice.

Citizens have been provided with more than 4.8 million public services (archival certificates, criminal record, apostille, corruption), 1.2 million requests of state bodies have been fulfilled.

Digital projects on automation of criminal and administrative processes, appointment of inspections, registration of appeals have been successfully implemented, allowing for effective communication between citizens and government agencies.

With the introduction of a three-tier model of the criminal process, control over the activities of criminal prosecution bodies has been improved. As a result, in 2022, the number of persons unreasonably involved in criminal proceedings decreased from 59 thousand to 53 thousand.

Through the ERSOP information system, business entities are protected from unreasonable pressure from regulatory authorities. The prosecutors of the Committee and its territorial bodies stopped 1,050 illegal inspections.

More than 8 million or 88% of administrative protocols and regulations have been compiled using ERAP in electronic format. The percentage of recoverability of administrative fines reached 78.2% and amounted to over 120 billion tenge.

Through the Committee's information systems, citizens can file complaints online to government agencies, pay administrative fines, and businesses can signal about their illegal inspections.

A public portal is functioning "Qamqor.gov.kz ", which ensures the openness of legal information to the public. Through the services of the Committee, citizens submit applications to the police and monitor its consideration, check transport for participation in an accident, receive information on geocards about the man-made situation in the region and the state of accidents on the roads.

Protocols and regulations on administrative offenses are available through the e-government portal, the mobile application of second-tier banks like Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank, as well as through the public sector in the ERAP.
