Unified Platform of Government Digital Resources

 

Dear user!

Before submitting an application for access to the Unified Platform of Government Digital Resources (hereinafter: “Platform”), which is intended for publishing information on the activities of government agencies, the User must carefully read these Terms of Use and confirm their agreement to them.

 

1. Terms of Use

By agreeing to these Terms of Use, the User accepts full responsibility for all the actions carried out using their access to the Platform and acknowledges that:

• The User is personally responsible for all the actions performed on the Platform in their name, including the accuracy and currency of the information published about the activities of the relevant government agency and the consequences of its use;
• A digital signature (DS) has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the Digital Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Sharing a DS with third parties is strictly prohibited. The User undertakes to keep their DS secure and prevent its use by others. Breach of this requirement may give rise to legal liability.

 

2. Consent to the Collection and Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”, the User hereby consents to the collection and processing of their restricted-access personal data for the purposes of granting and maintaining access to the Platform as a content manager for a government agency, and logging the actions they perform when using the Platform.

This consent covers the processing of the following personal data:

– surname, name and patronymic (if applicable);

– IIN;

– position;

– phone number;

– e-mail.

The Administrator is granted access to personal data only to the extent necessary to perform their duties.

This consent remains valid for the period during which access is granted and used. It may be withdrawn by submitting a written request to the Administrator, except where the processing of personal data is required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

3. Application Requirements

 All the fields in the access application form must be completed accurately and in full.

 If the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate or incorrect, the application may be rejected without review.

 

4. Application Review Procedure

• The Administrator reviews all the access applications in the order in which they are received.
• If necessary, the Administrator may contact the User at the telephone number provided in the application to clarify the information submitted.
• If the application is approved, the User will receive a notification confirming that access to the Platform has been granted.

 

By agreeing to these Terms of Use, the User confirms that they understand their responsibilities and undertake to comply with the established rules.
