There are 4 ways to apply for the appointment of this benefit.
1) You can apply for this benefit through online service
When applying for an appointment through the e-government web portal - an application in the form of an electronic document, information about children, about the conclusion /dissolution of marriage, about guardianship/guardianship, about adoption from the birth certificate, bank account data and sign using EDS.
2) cellular subscriber device (proactive);
When providing a service through a proactive service, the result of the provision of the service is provided by SMS notification to the mobile phone of the service recipient (if there is registration in the Database of mobile citizens of the applicant). Thus, in order to assign a benefit, the consent of the service recipient to provide a proactive service, as well as confirmation or provision of a bank account number via a cellular subscriber device is required.
3) If it is not possible to use the online service, then you can apply by visiting the branch of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" NJSC with the following documents:
For residents of the city of Baikonyr - a certificate from the housing sector citizen registration department of the city of Baikonyr.
4) second-tier bank information technology objects: when the right to assign a benefit to a large family arises on the grounds stipulated by the Social Code, the applicant initiates the formation of an application through the second-tier bank information technology object in an automated mode, in which he is notified of the obligations and conditions stipulated in the application form.
Term for the provision of the state service:

The service can be obtained in three ways

To assign benefits to a mother with many children, it is necessary to apply by submitting an application to the Corporation with an attachment of a document confirming the award:

When applying for an appointment through the e-government web portal - an application in the form of an electronic document, a scanned copy of the document confirming the award or receipt of the title of a mother with many children, awarded with the pendant "Altyn Alka", "Kumis alka" or previously received the title of "Mother Heroine", awarded with the orders of "Maternal Glory" I and II degree", bank account data and sign using EDS.
In accordance with the Code "On Marriage (Matrimony) and Family", a large family is a family consisting of four or more minor children living together, including children studying full-time in organizations of secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary, higher and (or) postgraduate education, after they reach adulthood until the time of graduation from educational organizations (but not more than before reaching the age of twenty-three).
In accordance with the Law "On State Awards of the Republic of Kazakhstan", mothers with many children who have given birth and raised six children, when the sixth child reaches the age of one year and if the other children are alive, are awarded the "Kumis alka" pendant, as well as mothers who have given birth to seven or more children when the seventh child reaches the age of one year and if the remaining children are alive, are awarded the "Altyn Alka" pendant.
Mothers with many children who have been awarded the pendants "Altyn alka", "Kumis alka" or who have previously received the title "Mother Heroine", as well as awarded the orders of "Maternal Glory" of the first and second degrees, large families have the primary right to receive a dwelling from the state housing fund or dwelling rented by a local executive body in a private housing fund.
Mothers with many children who were awarded the "Altyn alka" and "Kumis alka" pendants are also exempt from paying a number of taxes and state duties:
At the same time, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On pension provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan", women who gave birth (adopted a boy, adopted a girl) to the 5 or more children and raised them up to eight years of age are entitled to pension payments by age upon reaching 53 years old.
