Composite service "Child birth"

1. Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button. 
2. Fill the request and sign it with EDS (electronic digital signature).
3. In personal cabinet (in the History of Services section) and familiarize with registration acts’ of birth record admonishing the child’s IIN . Notification came within 2 working days.
4. In case of positive answer, it is necessary to go to the next step, for submitting an application for benefit’s assignment.

1. Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button. 
2. Fill the request and sign it with EDS (electronic digital signature). Admonish in the request business account’s number (IBAN), individual in JSC “Kazpochta”, JSC “Halyk bank”.
3. In personal cabinet (in the History of Services section) and familiarize with registration acts’ of birth record admonishing the child’s IIN . Notification came within 7 working days.
4. *Visit the State-owned corporation. Under an application submitting you will be served out of turn.

Required documents under the visiting the State-owned corporation

1. Childbirth certificate of child/children or an abstract from childbirth record.
2. Recipient’s ID card.
3. Certificate of issue of marriage (divorce) in case of recipint’s data discrepancy with childbirth certificate’s data.
4. Document confirming the establishing the tutorship for child and (or) adoption.
5. Certificate – in case of submitting an application and required documents to the third persons.

5. Go to the next step for child queuing for kindergarten.

Terms of addressing for childbirth benefit assignment for care can’t be exceed 12 months from child’s birth.
