Anti-corruption measures in the state Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulate public relations in the tax and customs sphere and are aimed at implementing the anti-corruption policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Anti-corruption measures are aimed at establishing a system of recommendations aimed at preventing corruption in a separate sphere of Public Relations:

1) formation of stable anti-corruption behavior in persons working in isolated areas of Public Relations;

2) timely detection of corruption manifestations and Prevention of their negative consequences.

Anti-corruption principles:

1) legality;

2) transparency;

3) good manners;

4) respect for the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities and their protection from corruption manifestations;

5) prevention of conflicts of interest.
