Termination of license of Tolebi Credit Partnership LLP

Subject to decree of the chief of Turkestan Department of Regional Representatives of the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market dated 7 August 2025 No. 31, Credit Partnership Tolebi LLP was deprived of its license to carry out microfinance activities.

The license was terminated due to recurrent failures of its holder to comply with written instructions of the authorized agency. Subject to the law, the credit partnership has, within 30 calendar days, to carry out re-registration procedure by excluding from its name the words "Credit Partnership", words derived from them or abbreviations suggesting that the specified legal entity carries out activities to provide microloans, or make a reorganization or liquidation decision.

Clients of the credit partnership who have outstanding obligations under agreements are liable for failure to discharge their obligations subject to the terms and conditions of their signed microcredit agreements.
