Coordination of the work of state bodies on the implementation of state programs to strengthen inter-ethnic relations within the competence assigned to the state institution " Department of Public Development of the Akimat of Kostanay region»;

Organization of work of state bodies in the promotion of the state symbols and the monitoring of compliance with legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in this sphere;

Coordination of work of state bodies on the formation and implementation of state social order in the manner determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in Kostanai region;

Organization of work on collecting and summarizing information about non-governmental organizations operating in the territory of Kostanay region;
