Department of Energy and Housing and Utilities of West Kazakhstan region

Main Management tasks:

1) coordinates the activities of enterprises, organizations and institutions of energy, utilities;

2) participates in the development and implementation of energy saving programs, development and modernization of the electric power industry and housing and communal services;

3) contributes to the improvement of the management system, operation in the energy and housing and communal services of the region;

4) contributes to improving the quality of providing residents of the region with public services;

5) monitors the preparation of industrial and social complexes of the region for the heating season;

6) conducts work on the construction and reconstruction of electricity and gas supply facilities in the region;

7) other functions arising from the tasks assigned to him and not contradicting the current legislation, as well as specially assigned to him by the akimat of the region;

8) monitors the state of the housing stock;

9) conducts work on major repairs, reconstruction and construction of water supply, sanitation, sewerage and heat supply facilities;

10) carrying out preventive disinsection and deratization (with the exception of disinsection and deratization on the territory of natural foci of infectious and parasitic diseases, as well as in foci of infectious and parasitic diseases).
