See allIn accordance with paragraph 22 of the «Rules for the submission of primary statistical data by respondents», respondents within one month from the date of making a decision to change the main or secondary type of economic activity, or changes in the number of employees, notify the state statistics bodies about this in the form in accordance with Annex 3 to these Rules or through the «Respondent's Office» using an electronic digital signature on the official Internet resource of the Bureau of National Statistics www.stat.gov.kz. To make changes in the «Respondent's Account», on the official Internet resource of the Bureau www.stat.gov.kz, you need to select «Personal data», then click «Edit». Then there is the possibility of changing the Main /Secondary OKED, number, contact information. In case of personal appearance in the regional Department of Statistics, you must print out and provide a notification in the form in accordance with Annex 3 to the above rules.The territorial statistical offices consider the received notifications and within 3 working days make a decision on changes in the main, secondary types of economic activity, the number of employees according to the respondents in the statistical registers. The result of the consideration of the notification is sent to the email address specified in the notification. There are no grounds for limiting the number of types of OKED, while it should be noted that for statistical bodies, planned/expected activities should not be taken into account. To update the OKED in all the necessary information bases, it is necessary to confirm the changes in the OKED in the branch of the NAO "Government for Citizens" at the place of residence.

On the website of the Bureau of National Statistics of the ASPR of the Republic of Kazakhstan stat.gov.kz, in the section «For respondents» you can read the instructions for submitting electronic reports online.
To view and print the entered primary statistical data in electronic form for previous periods, you must enter the section «For respondents» on the main page of the Bureau's website (https://stat.gov.kz). Next, select the section «Receiving statistical data in electronic form». After selecting the section «Receiving statistical data in electronic form», you must enter the next section with the name «Forms for submitting an electronic report». This section contains a list of statistical forms by periodicity. Here you need to select the previous reporting period in the form you are interested in and click on the «Open» button. After that, you will see a field for confirming the company and selecting the fields «New Report» and «Report #1», to select the previous report, select «Report #1».
After loading the report with the previous data for printing, you need to export the report using the «Export» button to a file format .xml (Excel).
