The office of the akim of the rural district
(hereinafter - the office of the akim)
is a state institution that ensures the activities of the akim
of the city of district significance, village, township, rural district
(hereinafter - the akim) and performs other functions provided
for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
