We opened it, 3 new cell phones and SIM cards were wrapped there," the operative says. There was also a second jar with a double bottom in the package. In total, the young man tried to transfer 6 cell phones and 6 SIM cards.
Before the inspection, citizen M. signed an obligation and was notified that he would be prosecuted for attempting to transfer prohibited items. However, this did not stop him. Now a 25-year-old man will be fined up to 10 MCI (34,500 tenge) under Article 481 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Transfer of prohibited substances, products and objects to persons held in institutions of the penal enforcement system, special institutions). We all know that sport occupies a big place in a person's life. A person engaged in sports has good health, is patient himself. No wonder our ancestors said: "a healthy body is a healthy soul." A healthy lifestyle means maintaining cleanliness and engaging in physical culture and sports. We cannot compare the present with the past, because over time many changes have come to life. We even have a new approach to parenting. Currently, alienation in society has a negative impact on young people. Imitation of tobacco, alcohol and even drug addiction is increasing among young people. Physical education is of great importance in the formation of a healthy lifestyle. Young people should be formed as a person of good health, who will become a pillar of the future. Comprehensive development of youth is impossible to imagine without sports. Sport is a section of the name of the whole upbringing. It is based on an immobile existence. If he is actively aiming at the same goal, then he has something to give. The first wealth is health, and the key to health is sport. You can't get what you need for life before living a healthy life. Conditions for harmonious development and creation of a harmonious lifestyle have been created in our district. You can do all kinds of sports. The ability to dance independently, giving up delusional passion is a virtue of a person, great integrity, and we congratulate the athletes who won prizes on their achievements," said the senior inspector of the probation service department of the Saryagash district, Captain of Justice Azizkhan Orazbai.
The competition was very intense and interesting. This tournament was attended by 6 teams from among the Azmats who are registered with the district probation service. The teams participating in the competition have shown that they deserve to win. The best players were determined, the winners were awarded with letters of thanks.
Young people who participated in this sports competition were imprisoned and asked that such competitions be held more often.
- Of course, when I came here for a sports competition, I saw so many young people that I was lucky enough to encounter. I am very sorry about my mistake with the pillow. I am saddened that, having succumbed to a mistake, I took my parents and mother to the ground. No wonder the Kazakhs say: "do it with your hands, raise your neck." I want to help my family, without violating the duties imposed by the court, to be released ahead of time and continue my studies. Employees of the Saryagash Probation Service organize a similar sports event in order to adapt convicted youth to society. Such events were organized not only on the eve of the holiday, but also once a week. Because young people who can't use their time properly become more susceptible to bullying," the convict said.
The pandemic, the change of leadership, first the division into two departments, then the reorganization into one – for 4 years, an open day was not held at the maximum security institution in Langer.
The colony is located outside the city, my parents can't come here often, especially since it's difficult to get there, and it's not always possible. And today the administration has arranged an open day for us. I saw my family, we were able to chat, and there was also a pleasant surprise – we were able to have lunch together, just like at home – Yerlan (name changed) shared with tears in his eyes.
An excursion was conducted for the guests of the institution.
It's clean and tidy, light, there are flowers in the rooms – it's a pleasant surprise. When we were driving here with my father, we thought that everything was gloomy and damp here, says the brother of the convict. We were shown the dining room, it is spacious and smells delicious food.
The colony organized an exhibition of handmade products, which were made by the convicts themselves. After a joint lunch, the convicts were able to present their forgeries to their relatives. The children were very happy to receive keepsake gifts from their fathers.
For people serving sentences in our institution, meeting with their families is a great joy. More than 60 convicts were able to meet with their children, spouses, parents, brothers and sisters. For 4 years we have not had the opportunity to hold an open day. Therefore, we decided to hold this event in a special way. We invited musicians, organized a small concert, and arranged a joint lunch for relatives and convicts," said Zhanbolat Kambarov, head of the ICH–167/9 institution.
