The main tasks of the labour inspection - ensuring state control over observance of labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, compliance of safety requirements and labor protection and implementation of other tasks assigned to the Directorate for labour inspection in Akmola region in the order established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1) implementation of state control over compliance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the requirements for safety and labor protection;

2) monitoring of collective agreements submitted by employers;

3) analysis of the causes of occupational injuries, occupational diseases, occupational poisoning and development of proposals for their prevention;

4) investigation of accidents related to labor activity in accordance with the procedure established by this Code and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) conducting a knowledge check with managers and persons responsible for ensuring safety and labor protection, with employers;

6) participation as a part of the Commission on acceptance in operation of objects of production appointment;

7) interaction with representatives of employees and employers on improving safety and labor protection standards;

8) consideration of appeals of employees, employers and their representatives on safety and labor protection issues:

9) monitoring the certification of production facilities for working conditions;

10) development and approval of audit plans in accordance with the code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 29, 2015 «Business code of the Republic of Kazakhstan»;
