If you want to receive services from the comfort of your home and effectively use your time, then distance courses for improving digital literacy are held for you in five key areas:

  1. "Basic digital skills" you will learn how to use a computer and laptop, mobile devices (smartphones), and also learn how to work on the Internet.
  2. "E-government and e-government services" you will learn how to work with the e-government portal where you can get public services online without leaving your home.
  3. "open government" you will learn how to use the four components of the open government portal: open data, open regulations, open budget and dialogue.
  4. "E-Commerce" will teach you the skills of purchasing, selling and promoting goods and services online.
  5. "Information security" you will learn how to protect information when using computers (gadgets, smartphones) on the Internet.

To do this, you need to select the Courses column on the site, then log in and read the training materials. After studying, you need to pass tests, passing the tests you will learn the level of mastered material.
