The Agency for Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a state body directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, exercising leadership in the field of competition protection and restriction of monopolistic activities, control and regulation of activities related to the sphere of state monopoly, as well as state control and licensing of activities in the field of commodity exchanges.
