Allowance for large families

Allowance for families with four or more minor children or full-time students of the age under 23 years is allocated regardless of the family income earned in the amount of:

• for four children - 16.03 MCI;
• for five children - 20.04 MCI;
• for six children - 24.05 MCI;
• for seven children - 28.06 MCI;
• for eight and more children - 28.06 MCI plus 4 MCI for each subsequent child after the seventh.

There are 4 ways to apply for the appointment of this benefit.

1) You can apply for this benefit through online service

When applying for an appointment through the e-government web portal - an application in the form of an electronic document, information about children, about the conclusion /dissolution of marriage, about guardianship/guardianship, about adoption from the birth certificate, bank account data and sign using EDS.

2) cellular subscriber device (proactive);

When providing a service through a proactive service, the result of the provision of the service is provided by SMS notification to the mobile phone of the service recipient (if there is registration in the Database of mobile citizens of the applicant). Thus, in order to assign a benefit, the consent of the service recipient to provide a proactive service, as well as confirmation or provision of a bank account number via a cellular subscriber device is required.

3) If it is not possible to use the online service, then you can apply by visiting the branch of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" NJSC with the following documents:

1. an identity document or an electronic document from the digital documents service (for identification).
2. birth certificate, or an electronic document from the digital documents service (for identification);
3. certificate of the educational institution in accordance with Appendix 29 to Order No. 169 dated May 24, 2023, if dependents aged eighteen to twenty-three years are full-time students of general education or professional programs in organizations of general secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary, higher and (or) postgraduate education, provided annually;
   • In the case of establishing guardianship (custody) over the child or adoption of a boy (adoption of a girl) - a document confirming the establishment of guardianship (custody) over the child or information about the adoption of a boy (adoption of a girl) from the birth certificate;
   • In case of discrepancy between the applicant's data and the data in the child's birth certificate - a certificate of conclusion, dissolution of marriage (matrimony).
4. a court decision (to confirm the cohabitation of children with one of the parents at the dissolution of marriage (matrimony) between the spouses).

For residents of the city of Baikonyr - a certificate from the housing sector citizen registration department of the city of Baikonyr.

4) second-tier bank information technology objects: when the right to assign a benefit to a large family arises on the grounds stipulated by the Social Code, the applicant initiates the formation of an application through the second-tier bank information technology object in an automated mode, in which he is notified of the obligations and conditions stipulated in the application form.

Term for the provision of the state service:

- when applying to the State Corporation - from the moment of registration of the package of documents - 7 (seven) working days;

- when applying to the portal, second-tier bank information technology objects or a proactive service - 4 (four) working days.

The terms of rendering the state service are 7 (seven) working days.
