
1. On the portal you can get the service in several ways:
Using EDS:
Click on "Order the service online" button.
Fill in e-enquiry sections.
Sign an enquiry with digital signature.
In the personal account (in the section "History of obtained services") look through notification on your enquiry processing status, which will be sent within the stated period.
Using one-time password:
Click on "Order the service online" button.
Fill in e-enquiry sections.
Fill in an enquiry and sign it using one-time password (SMS will be sent to the phone number indicated in the personal account, registration in the mobile citizens` database is required).
In the personal account ("History of obtained services") look through notification on your enquiry processing status, which will be sent within the indicated period.
2. Via Telegram Bot:
To use Telegram Bot you need to register your phone number in the mobile citizens` database.
Install Telegram to your smartphone, fill in @EgovKzBot into “Search” field and click “Start” command, then select “Submit a phone number” section in menu.
Enquire the service once after the start using the command buttons indicated. To do this, select the service, its parameters and approve an enquiry via obtained SMS code.
After the status is changed to “Ready», you can download the service provision output and send it to the e-mail preferred.
