1. On the portal you can get the service:

Using the EDS:

1.Log in to the portal or register

2. Click on the "enquiry online" button

3. Fill all the enquiry sections

4. Sign the enquiry with digital signature.

2. Via mobile application:

1. In the mobile app, sign in using one-time password* or digital signature.

2. Select the service, fill in the fields if necessary and click the “Order service” button.

3. Sign the enquiry using digital signature or one-time password**

4. Be familiar with public service provision output in the “History of Obtained Services” in “Catalogue of Services” section or “Notifications” section.

* - registration in the citizens` mobile database is required

** - capability to sign using one-time password depends on the service type.
