Information on the registered legal entity as of a given date
All legal entities that are being established on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and referred to entrepreneurship entities shall be subject to public registration irrespective of the purpose of their incorporation, type and character of their activity and the composiiton of participants (members). This certificate reflects information about the name of the legal entity, BIN, registration authority, type of registration action, date of registration action and the last date of re-registration.
Branches and representation offices of the legal entities that are the entrepreneurship subjects located on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be subject to registration without acquiring the legal entity rights.

On the portal you can get the service in several ways:
Using the EDS:
1.Log in to the portal or register
2. Click on the "Enquire online" button
3. Fill all the enquiry sections
4. Sign the enquiry with digital signature.
Using one-time password:
1.Log in to the portal or register
2. Click on the "enquire online" button
3. Fill all the enquiry sections
4. Fill in the enquiry and sign it using one-time password (SMS will be sent to the phone number indicated in the personal account, registration in the citizens` mobile database is required).
