1.Log in to the portal or register
2. Click on "Request online" button
3. Fill all sections of e-request
4. Sign a request with digital signature
5. Make a payment by clicking the "Pay" button on the page of the Payment Gateway of the "e-government".
6. In personal account (in the History of Services section), read the notice of processing your application, which will be received within the specified time.
7. Address NJSC "State corporation "Government for citizens" to get the certificate's duplicate. Bring the printed notification and identity document.
Using one-time password:Using one-time password:
1.Log in to the portal or register
2. Click on "Request online" button

4. Fill in a request and sign it using one-time password (SMS will be sent to a phone number indicated in a personal account, registration in citizens` mobile database is required)
5. Make a payment by clicking the "Pay" button on the page of the Payment Gateway of the "e-government".
6. In personal account (in the History of Services section), read the notice of processing your application, which will be received within the specified time.
7. Address NJSC "State corporation "Government for citizens" to get the certificate's duplicate. Bring the printed notification and identity document.
Documents required for submission to "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation":
1. Application for the issuance of a repeated certificate (certificate) of birth, marriage (matrimony), divorce (matrimony), change of last name, first name, patronymic, death, and marital capacity.
2. ID card (for identification).
3. Document of state duty payment into the budget or copy of the document which is a grounding for the tax benefits provision, except for the payment through the payment gate of e-government.
4. Notary certified letter of authority in case of service recipient’s representative addressing.
In case of filing an application for the issuance of a repeated certificate (certificate) of death, copies of documents confirming kinship with the deceased are additionally attached.
Verification of the presence of an act record on state registration of marriage (matrimony) is made from the age of sixteen in the civil registry office when an application for the issuance of a certificate of marital capacity for state registration of marriage (matrimony) outside the Republic of Kazakhstan is received.
To obtain a certificate of marital legal capacity, copies of the certificate of dissolution of marriage (matrimony) or the certificate of death of the spouse, if the service recipient was married outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, are additionally attached.
Repeated certificates of registration of acts of civil status, except for death certificates, are issued to persons in respect of whom the corresponding act record is made, as well as to a person (attorney) in writing (notarized power of attorney) authorized to represent on behalf of this person (principal).
Repeated certificate or certificate of state registration of acts of civil status or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide public services.
The form of providing the result of public service provision: paper, electronic when a certificate of state registration of the civil status act is sent or a reasoned refusal when submitting an application through the portal.
Establishing the unreliability of the documents submitted by the service recipient for the receipt of the public service, and (or) the data (information) contained therein.
Non-compliance of the service recipient and (or) the submitted materials, data and information necessary for the provision of public services with the requirements of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On marriage (matrimony) and family", the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On identity documents" and "On national registers identification numbers" of these Rules.
The absence of the consent of the service recipient, provided in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection", for access to personal data of limited access, which are required for the provision of public services.

When registering a civil status act on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the issuance of repeated certificates and certificates of state registration of civil status acts – 3 working days.
In the absence of an official record in the civil registry office, the term of service provision is extended for no more than 15 calendar days, with notification of the service recipient within 3 calendar days.
On the portal - notification of confirmation of acceptance of the application within 1 business day is sent to the personal account.
