1. On the portal you can get the service in several ways:
Using EDS:
1.Log in to the portal or register
2. Click on "Request online" button
3.Fill in the application by specifying BIN or use the advanced search for one (or more) of the following parameters:

Using one-time password:Using one-time password:

3.Fill in the application by specifying BIN or use the advanced search for one (or more) of the following parameters:
4. Fill in a request and sign it using one-time password (SMS will be sent to a phone number indicated in a personal account, registration in citizens` mobile database is required).
2. Via Telegram Bot:
1. To use Telegram Bot you need to register your phone number in mobile citizens` database.
2. Install Telegram to your smartphone, fill in @EgovKzBot into “Search” field and click “Start” command, then select “Submit a phone number” section in menu.
3. Request a service by clicking one of the command buttons. To do this, select a service, its parameters and approve a request via obtained SMS code.
4. After status changed to “Ready», you can download service delivery result and send it to an e-mail.
In case of any issues with obtainment of SMS code, you can call Integrated Call Center: 1414, 8 800 080 7777.
3. Via mobile application:
1. In the mobile app, sign in using one-time password* or digital signature.
2. Select a service, fill in the fields if necessary and click “Order service” button.
3. Sign a request using digital signature or one-time password**
4. Familiarize with public service delivery result in “History of Obtained Services” in “Catalogue of Services” section or “Notifications” section.
