The regional competition" Zhetysu – the land of book lovers " has come to an end. At the solemn event, which was held in the Palace of languages in Taldykorgan, the winners were awarded with book lovers who successfully passed the test.
The main goal of the spiritual match, which has been traditionally held since 2017, organized by the Department for the development of languages of the Zhetysu region, is to increase the interest of residents of the region in reading and expand their spiritual horizons.
The awarding ceremony was opened with an introductory speech by the head of the department Akshek Akshabayev, familiarizing the participants with the progress, position and composition of the jury of the competition. According to the head of the department, 74 people from districts and cities took part in the competition among students and adults of the region, held in two languages last year (adult population - 64, students - 10), this year -275 people (adult population in the state language - 174, students in the state language Russian Russian - 41, adult population in Russian - 46, Russian language student.
This year, according to the rules of the competition, the participating students read the books of the famous scientist Kairat Zholdybai "the perfect man" in the state language, the adult population read the books of the writer, journalist Kuanysh Shonbai "don't be second", and the participating students read the novels of the famous writer Khaled Hosseini "A Thousand Shining Suns" in Russian, adults - "Jane Eyre" classic of English literature by Charlotte Bronte passed the literature test in online format (in the form of Google).
The winners of the competition according to the decision of the jury, based on the results of testing:
Sania Mukhamadieva took the first place in the state language among adult participants, Moldir Uysembayeva, Sayat Askerbek took the second place, Indira Abenova, Saule Kaseinova, Orazali Suleimenov took the third place. Dilnaz Kuatbek took the first place among the students, Koshkelen Nurbek, Oralbek Bakytzhanov took the second place, Madet Yernur, Lashin Aydin, Aybota Anuar took the third place.
Among the adult participants in Russian, I place was taken by Akerke Blisbek, II place-Beibit Kurmanbekov, Mike Nusipova, III place-Kozhabek Kanat, Zhazira Alkan, Ardak Omarova, I place-Aralbayeva Malika, II place-Kausar Tleugazhina, III place-Balzhan Muratbekova. In addition, 13 applicants who took part in the competition and showed activity were awarded incentive management awards and a special prize fund. The solemn event ended with a cheerful song.
Поскольку Государственная служба – является одним из важнейших механизмов системы государственного управления, доверие масс к власти начинается с государственного служащего, отвечающего требованиям современного общества. А значит каждый государственный служащий, призванный верно служить народу, должен строго соблюдать морально-этические нормы, согласно Этического кодекса государственных служащих Республики Казахстан и быть примером для всех. В связи с этим, 12 октября текущего года во Дворце языков состоялась встреча с уполномоченным по этике аппарата акима Жетысуской области Г. Турсынбай. В мероприятии приняли участие государственные служащие Управления по развитию языков Жетысуской области, руководитель и специалисты учебно-методического центра «Тіл».
В ходе встречи руководитель управления Е. Акшабаев отметил, что цель сегодняшней встречи является проведение разъяснительной работы с государственными служащими по вопросам соблюдения норм Этического кодекса и действующего законодательства Республики Казахстан в сфере государственной службы и противодействий коррупции и передал слово уполномоченному по этике аппарата акима области Г. Турсынбай. В свою очередь, Г. Турсынбай подробно прокомментировал изменения и дополнения в Кодекс этики, внесенные Указом Главы государства в начале текущего года. Также акцентировался на шести принципах: «добросовестность», «честность», «справедливость», «открытость», «вежливость», клиентоориентированность и ознакомил присутствующих с содержанием и целями новой версии важного документа, направленного на укрепление авторитета государственного аппарата. В ходе встречи также были обсуждены основные требования, предъявляемые к государственным служащим по поведения в обществе или в повседневной работе, начиная от формы одежды, содержание речи и заканчивая профессионализмом и деловыми качествами, а также вопросы укрепления позиций государственного языка и расширения сферы его применения.
The regional competition among media representatives "Memlekettik til Zhane bak", organized by the Department for the development of languages of Zhetysu and Almaty regions, has been traditionally held for more than 15 years.
The main goal of the contest is to promote the state language policy in the mass media.
According to the organizers of the contest, this year all districts and cities of the region took an active part in the competition, and more than twenty applications were received.
Specialists of professions that require not only a creative field, but also professional ambition and a deep culture won in three categories: "the best article", "The Best TV and radio program", "the best website article" (the best social network)".
By the decision of the jury, guided by all the requirements of the competition, the article of Kuanysh Tungatar was awarded the 1st place in the category "Best Article". In this category, the 3rd place went to Alfita Seksenbayeva.
In the category" Best site", the 1st place was taken by the necessary ANDAs, the 2nd place was taken by Aitbayev Temirlan.
In the Nomination" Best TV and radio program", the 1st place was taken by Mukhit Toktasyn, the 2nd place was taken by Ayauly Kairatkyzy.
Also in the category" Best Article " Igiman Zhomart and Nazerke Adilbekova were awarded the incentive prize.
Acting head of the Department for the development of languages of Almaty region T. Rakhimberlina wished the audience of journalists: "do not leave your pens, enjoy the fruits of your work for the benefit of the country."
The winners will now compete in the Republic.
