В Жетісу земельные участки, расположенные на побережье Балхаша, выставлены на открытый аукцион для инвесторов. Это один из конкретных шагов, направленных на развитие побережья, - сообщает пресс-служба акима области Жетісу.
Ранее был разработан Генеральный план и Проект детального планирования прибрежной зоны Балхаша, в рамках которых проведены работы по обеспечению необходимой инженерной инфраструктурой. В частности, дорога от города Талдыкоргана до Балхаша была заасфальтирована, проложены все необходимые инженерные сети — водоснабжение, электроснабжение и канализация. Сейчас местные власти ведут работу по привлечению инвесторов для строительства современных зон отдыха.
- Земельные участки площадью 12, 24 и 36 соток будут выставлены на открытый аукцион для всех инвесторов. Это позволит оперативно запускать успешные проекты. Открывается возможность реализации проектов любого масштаба — от небольших гостиниц до крупных рекреационных комплексов. Кроме того, участки площадью 2 гектара будут предоставляться крупным инвесторам по решению Регионального координационного совета. Отметим, что купальный сезон на озере Балхаш длится с 1 июня по 1 сентября, то есть в течение всего лета есть возможность принимать туристов. Береговая зона отлично подходит для пляжного отдыха, водных видов спорта и рыбалки. В настоящее время количество туристов за сезон достигает 50 000 человек, а в будущем этот показатель имеет потенциал увеличиться до 500 000 человек.

Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within the framework of the Project "Stimulating productive innovations", announces a competition for a grant program
"Consortia of the manufacturing sector:
Industrial and Scientific Technological Consortium".
The main purpose of the grant program is the commercialization of innovative solutions, scientific developments and/or technologies of consortia.
Requirement for participants:
Within the framework of the grant program, it is necessary to create a consortium between several participants. The mandatory conditions of the consortium are the participation of at least two (2) non-affiliated manufacturing enterprises and at least one (1) scientific organization.
Grant amount:
The maximum grant amount is provided up to 650 million tenge (for a type A grant), and up to 250 million tenge (for a type B grant), the implementation period is up to 18 months.
The amount of co-financing must be at least 50 percent of the grant amount (for a type A grant), and at least 30 percent of the grant amount (for a type B grant).
The selection process:
Following the completion of the application process, the selection will take place in several stages through the expertise of international experts, as well as specialists in industrial and innovative development of Kazakhstan.
Expected results:
Upon completion of the grant program, the consortia that received funding must ensure the volume of commercialization of at least 20% of the amount of the grant received, the implementation and development of a strategy for automation /digitalization of the subproject (among other things, virtual reality, BIM technologies, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence), staff development (training in the basics of Industry 4.0.).
