To the attention of operators of objects of the III category!

In accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 418 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, operators of facilities commissioned before July 1, 2021 and classified as Category III facilities in accordance with the new Code are required to submit an environmental impact declaration no later than December 31, 2021.

The environmental impact declaration can be submitted in electronic or paper form:

- in electronic form through the information system "E-Licensing";

- on paper at the address: Ust-Kamenogorsk, K.Liebknecht str., 19, office 303.
