The provision of public services is one of the factors in reducing corruption by obtaining services through the electronic services portal.

According to the Register of Public Services dated August 16, 2023, No. 339/НҚ, the Office of the akim of Ulken Naryn rural district" provides 5 types of public services:

"Issuance of a decision to change the purpose of a land plot"

- "Provision of a land plot from the lands of a settlement, village"

- "Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (contests, auctions)"

- "Sale of a land plot to private ownership at a time or in installments"

- "Queuing for a land plot"
