State Institution "Apparatus of Urdzhar district Maslikhat of Abay region" - (hereinafter Urdzhar District maslikhat)It is a non-profit organization in the organizational and legal form of a state institution.The founder of the state institution "Apparatus of the Urdzhar district Maslikhat of the Abay region" is the state represented by the Urdzhar district Maslikhat, carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and other normative legal acts.Deputies of the district maslikhat perform their functions on an unreleased basis, except the secretary of the district maslikhat who is elected from among the deputies and performs his functions on an exempt basis.The session is the main form of the maslikhat's activity. In accordance with the Law, sessions are held at least four times a year. However, if necessary, the Law provides for the holding of extraordinary sessions of the maslikhat, which can be convened on the initiative of the Deputies or Akim (Mayor) of the district.
