In memory of Denis Shishkov
Today, on October 14, 2022, a military sports relay race dedicated to the memory of Denis Shishkov, a graduate of the Timiryazev secondary school-gymnasium named after S. Mukanov, was held at the Timiryazev secondary School–gymnasium named after S. Mukanov.
Denis Shishkov graduated from the Omsk Military School, died in the performance of military and official duty in Khabarovsk, covering a grenade with his chest, saved his soldiers.
Denis's heroism is a living memory, because those who fought are alive, alive, because the memory of the dead is kept sacred by their comrades in arms, their families and loved ones. And this memory will be alive as long as we remember it, as long as we talk about it.
He was the same as all the boys and girls: he laughed merrily, ran to school, loved his family and friends – loved life.
The military sports relay race was held with the aim of fostering a sense of camaraderie, citizenship and Kazakhstani patriotism, preparing for service in the Armed Forces, improving the skills of initial military training, promoting a healthy lifestyle. 170 students of grades 9-11 took part in the relay. Military-sports tasks were organized: disassembly of the Kalashnikov assault rifle, throwing grenades, putting on a gas mask, strength exercises "Burpee", pulling up on the crossbar. The military sports relay was held by the teacher–organizer of the NVP Zhanzholov A.A.

The problem of man's connection with nature is not new, it has always existed. Only the activity of people can save the planet, which is carried out through a deep understanding of the laws of nature, accounting for many interactions in natural communities, understanding that man is only a part of nature. This means that the environmental problem today arises not only as a problem of protecting the environment from pollution and other negative effects of human economic activity on earth. It turns into the problem of preventing the spontaneous influence of people on nature, conscious, purposeful, systematically developing interaction with it. Such interaction is carried out when each person has a sufficient level of environmental culture, environmental consciousness, the formation of which begins in childhood and continues throughout life.
Environmental education is a priority direction in the development of the modern school. The main goal is the formation of an ecological culture. Particular attention is paid to the practical activities of Nature Conservation. Environmental education is necessary for the harmonious development of students and is a necessary type of work. The school-gymnasium named after academician E. A. Buketov has been holding an environmental action "Clean City" for several years. The purpose of the campaign is to develop students ' skills of economic interaction with the world around them and increase the level of environmental culture and literacy. This action was attended by students of grades 5-11, the teaching staff of the school. The place of the action is the territory of the school. It was necessary to work hard to remove the leaves from the school grounds. Everyone worked, from small to large. They repaired the fence around the school and loosened the flower beds. Such promotions are very useful and necessary: only with total efforts will the goal be achieved!

Colonel Sautbekov, a veteran of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, addressed the younger generation with a parting word, who shared his personal experience and noted the important role of military-patriotic education among the younger generation. Ethno-village of the children’s recreation camp "Rodnik" of the Esilsky district of enthusiastic ethno-cultural associations of the region. Participants of the Kazakh-Uzbek cultural center "Khallar Dustligi" of KSU "Petrovskaya School" came to visit the vacationing children. Master classes on cooking Uzbek pilaf were organized for children, the competition "The Biggest Baursak" was held, the children sang and danced along with the prisoners. Participants of the Belarusian cultural center "Dobrynya" KSU "Ilyinskaya school" brought with them the export of arts and crafts works from birch bark. After all, it is not for nothing that the derivative of the word Belarus is Belaya Rus, the land of white birches. They played the national game "Bulba" with an interesting game.
Participants of the Ukrainian cultural center "Zagrada" KSU "Zagradovskaya secondary school" attracted the attention of children with a master class on weaving wreaths of wild flowers. Among the works, the children saw interesting weaving from newspaper tubes. The attention of a strong half of our children was attracted by an exhibition of weapons made of steel, which was presented by the Georgian center "Sakartvelo" of KSU "Tarangul School" — everyone was interested in holding a saber, a dagger in their hands, tasting dishes of national cuisine. At the end of the event, all the children met at a large dastarkhan, where they were treated to dishes of national cuisine of all represented nationalities. Such events are very important and useful for the younger generation.

Within the framework of the program "Rukhani Zhangyru" of the special project "Modern Kazakh culture in the global world", from April 27 to 29, in the educational organizations of Gabit Musrepov district were held events with a display of traditions and rituals "Under One Shanyrak". The Unity Day of the People of Kazakhstan is one of the kindest and brightest holidays of the year. It is a holiday of friendship, understanding and consent which are so necessary for a peaceful life in the country where more than 125 nations and nationalities live. In general, 920 students of different nationalities took part in the event. The children showed and told about how the solidarity of the peoples of Kazakhstan was formed, and in what the uniqueness of each nation and of course, that all nationalities are united by a common, having one of the most important concepts: We are the people of Kazakhstan! And in this Kazakhstan is a unique state with a variety of cultures and religions.

Robotics is one of the most important areas of scientific and technological progress, in which science and technology come into contact with artificial intelligence. Today, robotics is becoming increasingly important and relevant in modern education and is becoming one of the most promising areas in the work of educational institutions in Kazakhstan. In order to popularize robotics, develop design activities, information culture and technical creativity, Regional competitions in sports robotics "ROBOTIME" were held at the Palace of Schoolchildren on March 5, 2022. These competitions were held for the first time.
At the opening ceremony of the event in the conference hall, the director of the Palace of Schoolchildren Abilmazhinova D.Zh. made a welcoming speech, noting the importance of information technology in the modern world, and wishing the participants success and good luck. Further, the hosts of the event announced the procedure, conditions and criteria for evaluating the competition. The competitions were held in 3 categories "Sumo", "Kegelring", "Relay" and were evaluated by the points scored.
In total, 105 participants took part in the competition as part of 53 teams from the schools of the city of Petropavlovsk and 9 districts of the North Kazakhstan region — Zhambyl, Ayyrtau, Yesil, Akkayyn, M. Zhumabayev, Akzhar, Kyzylzhar, Shal Akyn, Ualikhanov.
The competition was evaluated by a competent judging panel.
While the participants competed in their categories, a seminar was organized for team leaders in the assembly hall of the Coworking, where speakers Ismagulov A.N., director of the NGO "Kyzylzhar Abai orta mektebi" and Sarsenbayev K.T., Deputy director of the North Kazakhstan branch of the Republican Public Association "Kazakhstan Federation of Educational and Sports Robotics "KazRobotics" shared their experience and knowledge in the field of robotics.

On March 1, Kazakhstan celebrates Thanksgiving Day. Every year this holiday acquires more and more shades of meaning for the citizens of our country, it becomes more and more important.
As part of the Thanksgiving Day celebration, from February 4 to March 1, colleges of the region took part in the republican challenge «Altyn-Zhurek».
Each educational institution has revealed this topic in its own way. Thus, students of the KGKP «Petropavlovsk College of Mechanical Engineering and Transport named after B.Ashimov» visited the regional Blood Center and became donors. Voluntary gratuitous blood donation is an act of giving life — the best gift that a person can give or receive. «Sharing your blood means giving someone a chance at life» the college activists decided. The main purpose of such an event is to inform people about the need to create a blood bank and encourage all those who are not indifferent to become donors on a voluntary, free of charge basis.
Students of KSU «College of Service Sector named after I.Dautov» visited the children’s village, where they held master classes in hairdressing. They taught the pupils different ways of beautiful braiding, doing hairstyles. The girls were delighted with such a lesson.
Volunteer students of the Agricultural College of Akkayyn district provided assistance in snow removal to lonely and elderly pensioners.
Thanksgiving is a bright day of Kazakhstan’s patriotism, unity and friendship.

The “Rukhani zhangyru” program is a priority for us today, it is comprehensive and answers the main questions of our time: what is our place in our history, and where do we want to be. Significant in this program is that everyone is aware of their involvement in a great cause, everyone can contribute to its implementation. This happens through helping others, participating in pomotions, social projects, and charity.
A "round table" was held in the Department of Education — "Implementation of the program "Rukhani zhangyru" in educational organizations of the region". The moderator of the meeting was the methodologist of the Department of Education R.K. Ertayeva. The event was attended by specialists from the “Rukhani zhangyru” project office, coordinating the work of the program in the region, methodologists from the city and district departments of education. At the meeting, the ongoing work on the program "Rukhani zhangyru" in educational organizations was discussed. Methodist of the city department of education Magzumova A.E. shared with colleagues the experience of working on the implementation of the program in the schools of the city.
Methodist of the Kyzylzhar Regional Public Organization K.Z. Saydalinova shared her experience in promoting Kazakh folk songs and national games in secondary schools implemented by the “School of Fathers”.
As a result of the meeting, recommendations were developed.

Nowadays, environmental issues affect all spheres of modern human activity and are brought to the fore among the global priorities of the world community. Within the frame work of the special project "Unem — kogam Kuaty" of the Rukhani Zhangyru programme, was held a round table "Little Book of Green Life" for 6th grade students in the library of the Smirnov Gymnasium school of Akkayyn district on February 18.
The purpose of the event is the dissemination of environmental information among students and the formation of the environmental culture. Librarian R.E. Kozhanova presented the book installation "The Planet is in danger", a selection of books that can help to remove barriers to awareness and environmental responsibility.
During the dialogue, the children red out excerpts from books, discussed and gave examples of behavior in the nature from their own lives. The greatest interest was aroused by Maria Ershova’s book "Say NO to plastic" about the approaching environmental catastrophe that can happen due to the unreasonable use of plastic products. Pupils discussed the topic actively, argued and defended their point of view. The result of the event was an unanimous opinion that it is necessary to protect and save the nature!
The event ended with the action "Let’s clean the planet of GARBAGE!".

The program "Rukhani zhangyru" defines a patriotic direction expressed in love for the native land, its culture, customs and traditions of the Kazakh people. For this purpose, in Shal akyn region is hold an online conference "Rukhani Zhangyru. “The world is changing. We are changing." The conference was attended by specialists of the Department of Education, Internal Policy, Culture and Language Development, employees of the regional Museum of Local Lore, librarians and teachers of the Shal Akyn district and the youth of the city.
Attention was focused on the priority, scale and relevance of the program "Rukhani Zhangyru".
Methodologist of the district Department of Education Tulesheva S.A. in her speech "Multilingualism in modern society" analyzed multilingualism as a factor of adaptation to new conditions and introduced the realities and prospects of language learning in the Shal Akyn district, emphasizing the increased interest in language learning among young people. A special role in this issue is given to educational organizations. All educational institutions should be become a driving force for the modernization of public consciousness. The introduction of trilingualism in schools is the dictate of the time. In 13 schools of the district, 24 teachers are having completed advanced training courses, successfully introduce the teaching of their subjects in the natural-mathematical direction in English. This work entails an increase in interest of learning English among students. This is evidenced by the achievements of students at the regional and republican levels. If we take the year 2022, a student of the 6th grade of the gymnasium school named after .Buketova Lizogub Milana took first place in the region and first place in the republic in the national competition of research projects "Zerde" in English. Thus, for the formation of a competitive specialist, a sociable positive personality, capable of active and effective life in a multinational and multicultural environment, with a developed understanding and sense of respect for other cultures, the ability to live in peace and harmony, multicultural and multilingual education is necessary. The goal and result of each direction is the child’s personality and its development.
At the conference, the topic that is relevant today was "To preserve our heritage" — the director of the Local history Museum Tausharova M.Zh told about the work of the museum in promoting local history knowledge.
Librarian of the service department Amerzhanova M.S. made a report "Spiritual values of Kazakh literature", drawing attention to the fact that in the issue of national and spiritual revival, it is necessary to increase interest in reading books and the formation of reading literacy among children and the implementation of the project "Reading School".
Within the framework of the project, joint activities of the library with schoolchildren are planned — a regular system of "Reading through all subjects", "Hours of quiet reading, semantic reading", "Literary living rooms", etc. has been formed. It is planned to annually update the collection of libraries of national, world art, scientific, scientific-journalistic, science fiction, documentary literature, including in the Kazakh language.
Summing up the conference, the participants noted that in the new reality, the key principle of development should be the inner desire of every citizen of Kazakhstan for renewal, competitiveness, pragmatism, which are based on the cult of knowledge and openness of consciousness.
