According to the schedule of regular meetings with the population, on January 19 this year, the akim of the district, E.K. Zharov, held meetings with the population of the Aksuat, Yesil, Dzerzhinsky rural districts. During the meetings, Yerlan Kairovich spoke about the results of the socio-economic development of the Timiryazevsky district for 2022 and plans for 2023. Explanations are given to all questions. On January 6, 2023, under the chairmanship of the district akim Yerlan Zharov, a regular operational meeting was held in the large hall of the akimat. The deputies of akim reported on the progress of work on snow retention by farms in rural districts and plans for improvement for 2023, plans to achieve economic indicators, develop the agro-industrial complex and implement projects in the field of small and medium-sized businesses, and plans to implement the main areas of the social sphere.
As a result of the meeting, the akim of the district gave instructions to the akims of rural districts and heads of district departments.
Dear people of North Kazakhstan!
The events of the last days are a great test for the whole country. At stake is our unity, the fate of our young republic. The President has taken all measures and given instructions to prevent an escalation of the situation in the country.
In several cities, a group of criminals committed lawlessness, violation of public safety, looting and killing of people. Real armed militants and bandits are operating in Almaty, attacking social facilities, civilians, and destroying other people's property.
In our region, there are sufficient forces and means to repel possible terrorist threats. The main government bodies are operating normally. Our task is to ensure the uninterrupted operation of life support facilities and food security. In general, the situation is under control.
Since January 5, a state of emergency has been in effect throughout the country, including in our region. There will be some restrictions. The commandant for our region, the head of the police department, Marat Tulebayev, will tell about this in detail during his video message.
In this regard, I want to urge the North Kazakhstanis not to succumb to provocations, do not get fooled by the calls of destructive groups. In recent days, residents of the region have shown high civic responsibility and political literacy. At the same time, we are receiving information about some calls for violent actions on the territory of our region by individuals. All these attempts will be severely suppressed and the perpetrators will be held accountable.
Today I appeal to all my fellow countrymen with a request to show understanding of the existing restrictions and not to succumb to any provocations. These are temporary difficulties that we can overcome together.
I ask residents to help law enforcement officers to ensure safety and keep calm.

Pre-sessional courses are an effective way to enter the Academy of Public Administration, where you can get the necessary academic skills and knowledge that will help you integrate into the learning process. The program includes 3 independent modules required in the process of passing the stages of competitive selection and further training at the Academy:
1. Courses on writing academic letter and public speaking, lasting 36 academic hours;
2. English language courses, lasting 72 academic hours;

The courses will be held online with a teacher and also in the form of videos, where training will be carried out by the faculty and staff of the Academy, and invited lecturers. Residents of settlements in North Kazakhstan region will watch domestic TV channels in digital format. The work on the transition to a new quality of television broadcasting has been carried out in the region since 2013. The regional branch of the national operator “Kazteleradio” JSC has installed modern digital equipment; in total, 42 radio and television stations have been built and modernized on the territory of North Kazakhstan region.
Residents of Petropavlovsk have already appreciated the advantages of the digital format, they watch more than 20 domestic TV channels without a monthly fee.
Digital stations are located not only in regional and district centers, but also in small border settlements. Previously, they had to watch domestic TV programs in very low quality, or even TV channels from neighboring states. Now, they will have access to 15 Kazakh channels in digital format.
In addition to high-quality sound and images, experts note other advantages of digital broadcasting: a wider choice of channels and programs, high resistance to interference and cost-effectiveness. The analogue signal was vulnerable and could simply disappear. Digital TV broadcasting has a high level of protection and signal quality, it is transmitted over long distances. Analog broadcasting worked on the principle: one transmitter provides one channel. The transition to digital format provides broadcasting of up to 15 channels on one transmitter.
The final check of new radio and television stations is underway. In February 2021, the North Kazakhstan region will completely switch to digital broadcasting. The population coverage is 98.3%, which is almost 617 settlements with a population of 537,000 people. The transition from analog to digital is being implemented within the framework of the Digital Kazakhstan state program. The main goal of the unique social project is to provide Kazakhstanis with free high-quality television.
