1. The municipal state institution "Apparatus of Akim of Novopokrovsky rural district of Shal Akyn district of North Kazakhstan region" is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized to perform public administration functions, maintained at the expense of the district budget and ensuring the activities of akim of Novopokrovsky rural district of Shal Akyn district of North Kazakhstan region.

3. 4. The municipal state institution "The Office of akim of Novopokrovsky rural district of the Shal Akyn district of the North Kazakhstan region" is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a municipal state institution, has seals and stamps with its name in the state language, letterheads of the established sample, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, accounts with the treasury body.

6.
