#Tundau: citizens of the country can contribute to the formation of an accessible digital state

The concept of the “Hearing State” initiated by the Head of State requires the introduction of a client-oriented approach for evaluating electronic public services, i.e. not through the eyes of civil servants, but through the eyes of consumers of digital services: citizens and businessmen. In this regard, the Agency for Civil Service Affairs together with @Bagdat Mussin, Adviser to the President, initiated the project #tyndau that allows everyone to participate in improving public services and contribute to the formation of an accessible digital state.
#tyndau is based on the opinions of volunteer users. To participate in it one needs to apply for an e-service and evaluate every step of this process, recording everything in an online questionnaire by clicking the link tyndau.kz. It’s simple and doesn’t take much time. It is important to understand that we do not just want to collect complaints about public services (they can be found in large number in social networks), but to identify bottlenecks, get structured feedback that can be analyzed to give concrete proposals to state agencies in order to eliminate unnecessary steps, facilitate the process, etc. Two services have been selected for consideration this week - getting a passport or an ID-card and registration of job-seekers. If you want to participate, put + in the comments and you will soon be contacted by the account @tyndaukz and to give guidance. From now on, if you have problems with any public services, put #tyndau in the comments of official accounts of state agencies, copy the exact name of a public service, and describe a problem you encountered and could not solve. You will be heard and see the results! (follow the comment format with #tyndau “title of a public service”, “problem”). We believe that jointly we can solve many problems of consumers of public services! #bizbirgemiz
