The New Deputy

Akim of Pavlodar oblast Bulat Bakauov has informed about staff changes at the operational meeting. Introducing the new deputy, he has noted that his candidacy had been conformed with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Dauren Makhazhanov, born in 1980, has two higher educations. In 2001 he graduated from the North-Kazakhstan State University with a degree in economics and management, in 2007 he graduated from the Kokshetau University named after A. Myrzakhmetov, majoring in “Master of Finance”, candidate of economic sciences.

Dauren Makhazhanov began his labor activity in 1999 as a chief specialist of the apparatus of akim of Kyzylzhar district of North-Kazakhstan oblast. From 2001 to 2009, he held executive positions in second-tier banks, such as “Kazkommertsbank” OJSC, “ATFBank” JSC, “Alliance Bank” JSC. From 2009 to 2015, he held the positions of Deputy Chairman of the Board of “Kazakhstan Mortgage Loan Guarantee Fund” JSC, “KazAgroFinance” JSC, “KazAgro” National Holding Company” JSC, Chairman of the Board of “Agrarian Credit Corporation” JSC.

Before his appointment to the new position, he held the position of Deputy Director of “Agrofood Bereke” LLP.
