Abylkair Skakov checked the progress of the construction and repair campaign on "Employment Roadmap" in Ekibastuz

During the working trip to Ekibastuz, where akim of Pavlodar region visited the city hospital and temporary hospital, the head of the region also saw the repair of the sports and cultural facilities and construction of the residential buildings.

In Solnechniy village Abylkair Skakov went to the health and fitness center, where the roof was repaired under the program “Employment Roadmap”. “Due to some problems with the project, we had to start work later than the fixed time, we but promise to complete the project to the end of July”, representatives of the contractor said.

“It is necessary to understand who was at fault in the low quality of the design and estimate documentation: customer who prepared the technical assignment or design organization. This is our systemic problem and we need to resolve it. Because of the mistakes, made at the project stage, we lose time and may incur additional financial costs”, Abylkair Skakov said.

Some residential buildings are reconstructed in Solnechniy village. They have been empty for a long time. Akim of the region saw the progress of works carried out in a five-story building for 91 flats and nine-story building for 53 flats. Abylkair Skakov paid special attention to the need for high-quality improvement of the adjacent territories. According to the head of the region, people, who spend a lot of time outdoors, should have playgrounds, benches, green space, litter bins and others.

In Ekibastuz Abylkair Skakov paid a visit to the sports complex "Zhasybay", where stained-glass windows and window openings were repaired. Akim emphasized the importance of the sports facility for the city and demanded to comply with quality requirements and terms of work. He also went to the city center of culture "Oner", where the roof, facade and stylobate were overhauled.

The head of the region met with builders in the microdistrict N9, where the construction of six residential buildings started. The contractors promised to commission the nine-story building before the end of the year. In total, the builders will commission 432 flats.

On the central avenue of the city - Mashhur Zhusup - Abylkair Skakov talked to the road workers who were engaged in the reconstruction of the roadway. They said that they could not start asphalting about 800 meters of the road at one of the sections due to the repair work in the sewer systems, which is planned to complete by September.

“It is necessary to finish the work on the collector earlier and start asphalting”, akim of the region entrusted.

The head of the region went to see the playground near the house N157 on Mashhur Zhusup street. It was installed within the program “Employment Roadmap”. Abylkair Skakov was dissatisfied with the quality of the work and charged to file claims to the general contractor and subcontractor.

“Why did they put rubble around the playground? To fall and break knees? - Look at the curb. The quality is bad!”, akim of the region was exasperated.

People agreed with the head of the region. Abylkair Skakov entrusted to resolve the problem and said that he would not allow putting the playground into service in poor quality.
