Attention to the outskirts, the presence of infill development and work with needs - the akim of the region gave instructions on the development of Pavlodar

The head of the region Abylkair Skakov heard the report of the city akim Asain Baikhanov on the implementation of the plan for the development of the regional center.

Akim of the city reported on the progress of improvement, communal, road and subsequent construction and repair work. In particular, according to Baikhanov, today 25 sections of roads that had a dirt surface have been asphalted, and patching and upcoming repairs have been completed on 30,000 square meters. sq. m and 5 of the 12 main streets, respectively. In total, almost a quarter of the roads in Pavlodar are now in poor condition. Of the 150 playgrounds planned for installation, just over 60 have been completed. The city administration plans to complete the volume by October this year.

As Abylkair Skakov noted, the landscaping of the yards is slow. One of the reasons is the performance of work on the installation of sites with one outdoor area. Speaking about the improvement of courtyards, the regional akim also drew attention to the development of parts of the city remote from the center.

“Literally today we are observing houses along Zhayau Musy Street, 7b, they sent me photos. The yard is empty, grey. Children go to another yard, which is crowded even without them. I demand not to receive concentration to microdistricts and remote from parts of the city in terms of residual concentration. I instruct to control the pace and quality of contract work. This also applies to the improvement of parking and squares, "- production is carried out to the leadership of the regional akim.

Continuing the topic of improvement, Abylkair Skakov noted the program of renovation and installation of bus stop pavilions and waste bins around the city. There is an obvious shortage of the latter in Pavlodar, which is a low increase in sanitary culture in the regional center.

Questions arose related to the transition of apartment buildings to a new form of management. Only slightly more than half of them were replaced by KSK with OSI and PT. The head of the region instructed to clearly explain the work through regular meetings with suspicion, because some townspeople complained to the akim of the region that no meetings were held in their homes.

Pay attention to the problems with infill development. Recall that in the first meeting on the development of Pavlodar, Abylkair Skakov instructed to reduce it.

“I have to: infill development must be reduced. There is no radical revolution in this matter. The collapsed house on Toraigyrov Street was demolished - and a permit was immediately issued for the construction of a new house," the regional akim said, instructing to identify the situation and explain the situation around the house to the townspeople.

A special topic was the organization involved in the protection of the rights of residents in the city akimat. According to the observations of akims of the region, the practice of so-called replies and formalism continues.

“Almost half of the residents who contact me about the city return after a short time with the same complaints. And along with them - with photos and screenshots of on-duty replies. As usual, it is written in an incomprehensible language and not according to principles,” Abylkair Skakov stated.

A special part touches upon the distribution of housing from the state housing stock. Citizens, among other things, complain about the work of the department of housing relations. In particular, resentment manifest themselves, whose turn to the apartment has moved back without any, as they say, reality.

“Stand you or representatives of the housing relations department in the place of these people. I suppose: probable relapses that occur are detected, at this time they are detected by a removable corner, and one day it is discovered that your turn has been thrown back. I instruct to make decisions on the work of the department,” the head of the region is being processed to the akim of the city.

As a result of the meeting, Abylkair Skakov gave a number of specific instructions, including on strengthening control over the work of contractors and raising the level of activity of the city akimat.
