Services of the akimat and public service centers in the centers "Natizhe"
In May of the special year, at the initiative of the Ministry of Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the akimats of the Kostanay, Pavlodar, Turkestan conferences, a pilot project was launched - the Center for Receiving Public Services and sent responses to Natizhe.
The project was developed on the principle of "one window" and includes the integration of the capture of citizens, the implementation of the capture of the interests of applicants, the implementation of public services on one site.
This, of course, is a prerequisite for obtaining services in the region, registering an appeal, obtaining advice from specialists on issues of interest, and is also a personal appointment with the akim and the head of the department of executive bodies.
The pilot project is designed to make the process of serving the population more comfortable and accessible to citizens, and will be tested in three regions of the country.
Residents and guests of the Pavlodar region for receiving services are most often assigned to the following addresses:

- Department No. 3 of the Public Service Center of the city of Pavlodar on the street. Pavlova, 48, opening hours: 9.00-20.00, without lunch
