Pavlodar school damaged by fire will be restored as soon as possible

This instruction was given by Akim of Pavlodar region Abylkair Skakov at an emergency meeting of the operational headquarters for emergency situations.

The head of the region immediately went to the scene, where he got acquainted with the progress of extinguishing the fire. After that, Abylkair Skakov already in the regional akimat heard the reports of the heads of responsible services.

According to the head of the Department of Emergency Situations Zhasulan Zhumashev, the message about the fire at school No. 28 was received at 8:04 o'clock. The fire was extinguished at 10:15 o'clock.

According to Zhasulan Zhumashev, the preliminary cause of the fire may be a short circuit in the physics room. The damage is being determined.

Abylkair Skakov asked about the condition of the injured teacher. As it became known, during the fire, a physics teacher was injured, who previously had a state of shock. Later, during hospitalization, she was found to have moderate carbon monoxide poisoning.

The akim of the region instructed to provide her with all the necessary assistance.

The head of the region demanded to solve the issue of resuming the educational process in the traditional format as soon as possible.

Abylkair Skakov also instructed the akim of Pavlodar to quickly and efficiently restore the roof of the school. For this purpose, funds will be allocated from the reserve of the akimat of the region.

The head of the Emergency Department is tasked to conduct unscheduled inspections of all social facilities in the region.

In addition, the head of the region instructed to change the order of acceptance of construction and repair of schools, to separate it from general repair work. In particular, it is proposed to tighten the acceptance of roofing, electrical wiring and fire safety in schools, as well as to check the presence of voltage stabilizers in energy-intensive classrooms and premises.

- It is necessary to clearly understand the fire safety infrastructure and the actions of employees, - said Abylkair Skakov. – In order to avoid cluttered places, it is urgent to hold subbotniks in schools and remove unnecessary items, building materials that can cause inconvenience in various emergency situations.

In conclusion, the akim of the region gave the task to conduct fire safety training for all staff of schools in the region.
