Akim of Pavlodar region held a personal reception

During a personal reception, a variety of problematic issues were voiced before the akim. The official representative of several entrepreneurs said that they were unreasonably denied the extension of the lease of land plots in Pavlodar. Moreover, as a result of litigation, a positive decision was made in favor of one of the businessmen. However, in fact it is not implemented. Abylkair Skakov instructed to conduct an analysis of each official refusal to provide land. In addition, he demanded to study how local executive bodies execute court decisions regarding the prolongation of the lease of land.

 

Also, residents of one of the dilapidated two-story buildings in the Aluminstroy microdistrict signed up for a meeting with the head of the region. In order to release their apartments for the demolition of the house, they ask to provide them with temporary housing under a bilateral agreement with the city akimat. The option of compensation for the cost of renting an apartment did not suit the applicants. However, as it turned out, there is no free housing in municipal ownership today. Therefore, they were offered to wait for the delivery of houses for migrants from Aluminstroy in the new Saryarka microdistrict. They intend to present new apartments before the end of this year.
