To control the use of pastures and arable lands in the Pavlodar region began to use space monitoring

The system being introduced automatically checks the load on pasture lands and allows you to establish which crops are cultivated on the arable lands and whether they have been chemically treated.
Today in Kazakhstan, a survey of agricultural lands and the production of electronic soil and geobotanical maps is being carried out. Soil e-maps display indicators of soil fertility and productivity, qualitative and ameliorative state of lands and their agricultural production grouping, and geobotanical - indicators of productivity and feed capacity of lands for calculating the number and maintenance of livestock. Such a survey will make it possible to assess each piece of land.
Last year, the Ministry of Agriculture approved the rules for the rational use of agricultural land. They provide for when and how much fertilizer should be applied to the soil, depending on the initial bonitet score, what chemicals to use to control weeds and pests, how many livestock can be driven to one or another pasture and another.
To control the use of land, in the Pavlodar region began to use data from space monitoring. If we talk about rangelands, then the system automatically checks their load for compliance with the established standards. The process of identifying unused arable land is slightly different - the remote sensing system of the land allows you to see what crops are cultivated in a particular field, what chemical treatment was carried out on their territory, and so on.
If violations are detected, the results of space monitoring will be sent to land users. Failure to use land entails administrative liability and a fine of 10 times the land tax rate. A year later, the problem area is again checked through the system and, if the violations are not eliminated, the local authorities have the right to initiate the procedure for compulsory land acquisition.
