Infrastructure of 189 villages to be improved in Pavlodar region under the program «Ауыл – ел бесігі» until 2025

“If in 2020 it was allocated KZ 3.9 bln to improve the quality of life of villagers in the region under the state program, in 2021 it is scheduled to increase the volume of financing in 1.5 within the program «Ауыл – ел бесігі»”, deputy akim of Pavlodar region Asain Baikhanov said.

He told about the last year’s results of the implementation of the program «Ауыл – ел бесігі» on his personal stages in social networks. 18 villages of Pavlodar region were included in the improvement plan. It made it possible to increase the quality of life of 55000 villagers.

The buildings of the central hospitals have been repaired in the district centres of Shcherbakty and Uspenka areas. A medical outpatient clinic was equipped in Galitskoe village, which is a part of Uspenka area.

The educational facilities were also repaired in Lugansk and Chernoretsk villages (Pavlodar area), Aktogay village (Aktogay area), Akkuly village (Akkuly area), Zhumysker village (May area), Uspenka and Galitskoe villages.

The water supply system was reconstructed in Zhelezinka village (Zhelezinka area) and access to quality drinking water to 132 houses was given in the microdistrict “Autobaza”. 77 km of intra-village roads were asphalted in 16 settlements according to the program «Ауыл – ел бесігі». 84% of them have never been paved before.

We did not forget about the sports infrastructure. The full-sized football fields have been built in Koktobe village (May area), Maikain village (Bayanaul area), Sharbakty and Uspenka villages. A fitness center has been commissioned in Zhetekshi village, which is a part of the rural area of Pavlodar city, a hockey court – in the district center of Aktogay area and a sports ground – in Galitskoe village. Meanwhile, new houses of culture have been constructed in Agashoryn village of Irtysh area and Olginka village f Pavlodar area. Two more houses of culture have been reconstructed in Galitskoe village and Chernoretsk village.

According to deputy head of the region, compared with the year earlier in 2021 it is planned to increase the budget of the program «Ауыл – ел бесігі» in 1.5 in the region. In total, by 2025 within the framework of the state program it is scheduled to improve the infrastructure of 189 villages of Pavlodar region.
