Bagdat Mussin assessed the plans for digitalization of the sectors in Pavlodar region
The Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bagdat Mussin arrived in Pavlodar region with a working trip. He saw the work of the government agencies and enterprises where digital projects had been or will be implemented and also took part in the meeting in the regional akimat.
The head of Pavlodar region Abylkair Skakov has noted that digitalization takes a special place in the development plans of the region. The development and implementation of all digital projects are under the personal control of akim of the region.
“I do not see any prospects for the development of any sectors in the region without digital promotion. The public administration system cannot be without big data, analytics and changes in the existing business processes. Implementation of the digital solutions is a priority in our work”, Abylkair Skakov said.
Creation of a geo-information portal is at the final stage in the region. Aerial photography has already been taken. The maps and detailed plans were made in digital format. Thanks to the start of the work of the service, all services in architecture, urban planning and land relations sectors will be available in electronic form in Pavlodar, Ekibastuz and Aksu. In addition, 7 of 15 modules of the information and analytical system have been introduced. The technical base of the unified dispatch service 112 planned for the opening has already been tested. In general, digitalization is expected to affect all sectors.
“Digitalization in the regions is a very important process. The personal involvement of the regional akim in the implementation of the digitalization program, understanding and support give confidence that Pavlodar region will be one of the advanced "smart regions" and Pavlodar can be an example for other cities in the processes of implementation of smart solutions”, Bagdat Mussin noted.
The minister was also presented the public reception office "Open akimat" and told about the pilot project, set up in Aksu. It makes it possible to adopt citizens’ appeals in the public service centers. Soon Ekibastuz city and Aktogay area should work in the same way and at the beginning of next year - Pavlodar and all other areas of the region.
During his working trip to Pavlodar region, Bagdat Mussin also paid a visit to the regional branches of “Government for citizens”, “Kazpost” JSC and front office “Open Pavlodar”. In addition, the minister learnt the digital projects of “Promanalit” LP, “Kazakhstan Electrolysis Plant” JSC and data center of “Kazakhtelecom” JSC. In the contact center 109 Bagdat Mussin was told about the work with citizens’ appeals and in the Toraigyrov University the guest was shown IT hub and projects of the students and workers of the university.
