IN KAZAKHSTAN IMPLEMENTED A SIMPLIFIED ORDER OF GRANTING SUBSOIL USE RIGHT WITH ANNUALLY INCREASED LEASE RATE.
For attraction of investors flow for geologic exploration for the first time ever in the Law of RK «On subsoil and subsoil use» a simplified order of granting subsoil use right with annually increased lease rate was implemented. As a pilot project for conduction of corresponding procedure Stepnogorsk city was chosen. An ore zone located in the region of this urban area is the most perspective for exposure of new deposits, it confirmed with developed ore mining of the region.
Furthermore, it should be noted the right region infrastructure which is an advantage while deposit development.
While a region choice the Ministry for Investment and Development took into consideration the fact that Stepnogorsk city is a mono-city, and executing a Development program of the regions until 2020, conceived that conduction of given works will positively effect on the economic aspect of the region.
Application submission for the subsoil use right by simplified order for exploration starts from November1, 2015.
