The survey of SAIS systems is taking place in the Almaty region

 

Commission for the examination of specialized measuring instruments (SAIS) on the roads of Republican values, created on the basis of the order of the Committee of roads RK MEERA continued its work on the territory of Almaty region in the period from 29-30 June.

The purpose of the survey is to analyze the functioning of the SAIS system on the roads of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The SAIS system performs the functions of registering passing vehicles, classifying by type, recognizing state registration license plates, detecting excess of permissible weight and (or) overall parameters, generating reporting data and transmitting them to the Situation center of the transport Committee of the Ministry of FOREIGN Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

If you do not agree with the information about exceeding the permissible weight and size parameters, the driver or owner of the vehicle passes a control measurement at the nearest transport control post along the route.

Participation of the Department's specialists in the work of the Commission is justified by the use of measuring instruments in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on ensuring the uniformity of measurements" in the operation of the SAIS system.
