In Kokshetau, an automobile gas filling station was fined half a million tenge

The Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Technical Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Akmola region conducted an unscheduled inspection of the gas filling station «Sherol 2017» for compliance with the requirements of the Law «On ensuring the uniformity of Measurements» at the request of an individual.

During the inspection, the use of measuring instruments with an expired verification period was established, namely 3 units of a liquefied gas refueling unit of the UZSG type.

In relation to the business entity for this offense, a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up in accordance with Article 419 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Administrative Offenses», an administrative penalty in the amount of 534,750 tenge was imposed and an order was issued to eliminate violations of the rule of law. The administrative case at the request of the subject was considered in a shortened order.

The full amount of penalties has been paid. During the implementation of the state metrological control, employees of the Department carried out explanatory work on the requirements of the Law «On Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements».
