BUSINESS OF THE NORTH KAZAKHSTAN REGION INCREASED QUALIFICATION IN THE AREA OF TECHNICAL REGULATION AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
On June 11 to 13, North Kazakhstan branch of the Kazakhstan Institute of Standardization and Certificationheld atraining workshop regarding training and the improvement of skills of workers in the area of technical regulation, metrology and management systems.
The main purpose of the seminar was to improve and increase the level of professional competence of employees in the area of technical regulation, metrology and management systems.
Seminar participants were provided with lecture materials on the main topics, such as contractual basis of technical regulation in the Eurasian economic community, innovations in metrology legislation, new approaches in the field of management system certification, and standardization system in the EAEU and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Also, the lecturers described the features of application of technical regulations “On safety of packaged drinking water including natural mineral water” (EAEU TR 044/2017), “On requirements for fire safety and fire extinguishing means” (EAEU TR 043/2017)”. Enterprises must timely prepare for the implementation of technical regulations and comply with its requirements from the first day of its entry into force, if the requirements of technical regulations apply to their products. Specialists of enterprises and organizations of the region received advice on technical regulations, as well as conformity assessment in the framework of the Customs Union and the EAEU. They identified appropriate requirements for a particular organization to international, interstate, national standards of various countries for products, jobs and services, and as well as to quality management systems based on the analysis of the additional requirements of various industry standards.
Experts in the field of implementation of international standards, prime consultants, certified expert auditors of the technical regulation system, quality management, standardization and certification gave a detailed explanation for each of the themes of the seminar.
Every year, representatives of Kazakhstan business have the opportunity to study at such seminars, where they can learn to defend their interests in the area of technical regulation and standardization, and make a number of decisions on work optimization issues.
As a result, more than 70 representatives from enterprises and organizations of the region attended the seminar, where they increased their professional level in the area of technical regulation and standardization, as well as received full and comprehensive answers to all questions.
