Round table meeting at the "Expert" Training Center

20 January of the current year, the chief specialist of Department of Committee of technical regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan of Zhambyl region of Sarmanaev Marat held a round table in the training center "Expert" to explain the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On technical regulation" in the new edition of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on technical regulation", which signed on 30 December 2020, as well as providing assistance in solving problematic issues.

Expected results from the adoption of the new Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Technical regulation»

- improving product safety in the domestic market;

- creating conditions for competitive and high-quality domestic products;

- improving the effectiveness of state control;

- ensuring the reliability of conformity assessment procedures;

- bringing national legislation in the field of technical regulation into line with supranational legislation within the framework of the EAEU.
