In order to provide cultural services to the population of Syrdarya District, 34 cultural institutions provide services. In particular: - 16 houses of culture and clubs (District House of Culture, Village House of Culture, Village Club, 5 rural houses of Culture, 8 rural clubs); - 1 mobile cultural and leisure complex (Car Club); - 17 libraries (District Central Library, District children's Library, Branch Library No. 1 and 14 rural libraries). The district employs 280 employees and workers in the field of culture. (8 of them work in the Department's offices, 41 in district libraries, 231 in cultural centers and clubs of the district). Of these, the number of creative professionals is 115. 5 specialists (zh.Toraliyev, N. Kusherbayev, S. Saduakasov, G. Sarsenbayeva, K. Amanzholova) are awarded the badge "excellence in the field of culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan", 3 specialists (A. Asanova, N. Bekshaeva, G. Kulymbetova) are awarded the badge "Enbek danky" of the public Association "Kazakhstan professional union of industry workers of Culture, Sports, Tourism and Information", 4 Specialists (Z. Akhmetova, A. Uteuov, R. Abdykarimova, a.zhumabekova) with the badge "Madeniyet Maitalmany" of the International Kazakh creative Association "World of peace" , Z. Bakova was awarded the badge "Enbek ardageri" of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 4 Specialists (N. Kusherbayev, I. Kartbaeva, S. Naizataeva, G. Asanova) are holders of certificates of honor of the Minister of culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2 specialists (A. Asanova, A.
