To open an LLP and start their own business, Kazakhstanis no longer need a charter, no need to pay registration fees or go to government agencies. Now the state service for registration of legal entities is fully automated. It is enough to have a computer and an EDS. Registration of your business on egov.kz will take less than 30 minutes.
Here is a clear instruction on how to do this:
- in the section "Registration and liquidation of business" you need to find the right type of registration;
- in accordance with the established form, the founder submits a notification to the registration authority about the start of business activity;
- by filling in the appropriate fields, the system will ask you to check the correctness of all data.
And if everything is correct, the system will process the information and issue a certificate of registration of the LLP in 30 minutes (maximum).
