The terms of the Pilot project on accompanying invoices for goods have been extended

The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that by order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04.06.2021 No. 531 "On amendments and additions to some orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 22932 dated June 4, 2021) extended the terms of the Pilot project on accompanying invoices for goods.

Thus, the Pilot's term is extended:

for excisable products, import of goods into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, export of goods from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to

October 1, 2021. For the goods of the Virtual Warehouse (Order MF 384) until January 1, 2022.

For the rest of the goods from the WTO exemption list and labeled goods, the start date of the Pilot is postponed from February 1, 2021 to

October 1, 2021, expiration date - from February 1, 2022 to

August 1, 2022.

In this case, during the period of the Pilot, penalties are not applied.

Also within the framework of the order:

Obligations to maintain the Virtual Warehouse by "Small outlets" are excluded.
Obligations to confirm SNT (excluding excisable goods) by "Small outlets" are excluded.
In order to optimize the workflow, the obligation to draw up accounting documents for the invoice for the release of goods to the side (form Z-2) and the invoice for the internal movement of stocks (form Z-5), in the case of registration of the SNT, have been excluded.
Implemented the possibility of issuing an EIF without waiting for the submission of an application for the import of goods and payment of indirect taxes FNO 328.00 (based on the primary SNT).
Separate requirements for maintaining a virtual warehouse and registration of SNT for gold-bearing products have been excluded.
The requirements for registration of SNT for movement within the same legal entity for oil products and tobacco products have been excluded.
