The draft resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district “ On recognizing as invalid certain resolutions of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district” was developed in accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Legal Acts” .

The draft resolution defines compliance with current legislation.

The adoption of the draft resolution will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
