The working hours of the special center changed in Kostanay

According to the decree of the deputy chief sanitary doctor of Kostanay region No. 47, documents will be received at the Special Center of Service Center until 16.00.

The work schedule of public service centers of Kostanay region on weekdays (Monday-Friday) is preserved. They will work from 9:00 to 18:00 hours. But the work schedule of the Specialized Department for Public Service has been adjusted.

“Reception of documents at the Special Center of Kostanay will be conducted from 9:00 to 16:00, the issuance of finished documents from 9:00 to 18:00. The schedule has been adjusted due to the peculiarities of the provision of public services in the Special Center. On average, let's say, it takes an hour and a half to get a driver's license or reissue a vehicle. The person submits documents and expects the finished result in the Special Center. And this must be taken into account. That is why the acceptance of documents will end at 16.00, that is, in order to have time to issue ready-made documents to service recipients on the same day. Therefore, residents of Kostanay region need to take this schedule into account when booking a queue at a special center. That is, for submission of documents, the last active reservation will be considered at 15.30. At the same time, let me remind you that it is necessary to book a queue in advance at all public service centers in Kostanay, as well as to visit public service centers in the cities of Rudny and Tobyl, ”explained Yaroslavа Bogatyrevа, PR manager of the branch of the State Corporation“ Government for Citizens ”NJSC in Kostanay region.
